Privacy Policy
Order Fire: Kitchen Puzzle (the "Game") is made by MwgaDev ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
The short version
- No account is needed, and we don't ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
- Your progress, coins and settings are stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads through AppLovin MAX and its ad partners. They use device identifiers to show and measure ads, but only as your device settings and consent choices allow.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
Information the Game collects
Gameplay information. For example, which levels you start, win or fail, how many attempts they take, and which boosters you use. We use it to balance difficulty, fix bugs and improve the Game. It isn't linked to your name or contact details.
Device and technical information. Device model, operating system version, language, app version, and crash or error reports.
Advertising information. Our advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA, only if you allow tracking, or Google's Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from it, device information, and how you interact with ads. They use it to choose which ads to show, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
Purchase information. If you buy something in the Game, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive a confirmation of what was bought so we can deliver it, but not your payment card or billing details.
How we use information
- To run the Game and save your progress.
- To understand how the Game is played, and to balance and improve it.
- To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to measure them.
- To deliver purchases and handle support requests.
- To keep the Game secure and prevent fraud.
Who we share information with
- AppLovin (MAX) and the ad networks it works with. See AppLovin's privacy policy.
- Apple and Google, for app distribution and purchases, under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that help us run the Game, such as analytics or crash reporting, who may use the information only to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We don't sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat personalized advertising as "selling" or "sharing" information. You can opt out of it using the choices below.
Your choices
- iPhone and iPad: the Game asks whether it may track you before any advertising identifier is used. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads, and you can change your choice from the Game's settings.
- Ads in general: you'll still see ads if you opt out, but they'll be less personalized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. Because we don't collect your name or contact details, information held on your device is removed when you delete the Game. For anything else, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law requires. For information held by our ad partners, you can also contact them directly through the links above.
How long we keep information
Game data on your device stays until you delete the Game. Gameplay statistics we receive are kept in aggregate, or for no longer than needed to improve the Game, typically up to 24 months.
Children
The Game is meant for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Game changes. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the Game if the change is significant.
